From afar, it may seem that Florida’s east coast is all the same – golden strands of Atlantic coastline, meandering inland canals and waterways, palms and pines and lanky, exotic birds. Up and down the coast, these elements do exist, but take a closer look and you’ll find that when people come together in a particular spot, building a unique community is very possible.

The landscape is a backdrop that inspires those who appreciate Palm Coast. The founders of this community discovered a lush and lovely piece of this eastern coastline. Palm Coast exudes the feeling of paradise with a forest of native trees, natural hammock, preserved greenway and indigenous plants as its canvas. Framed by the Intracoastal Waterway and laced with a web of deep water canals, Palm Coast offers incredible opportunities for boaters that cannot be found elsewhere in our area.

Founded on the virtues of preservation and conservation, Palm Coast offers locals the enjoyment of strolling along tree-covered pathways, engulfed in the natural sounds of

calling birds, scurrying wildlife and swaying trees, and embraced by the deep scents of ocean air and verdant foliage.

Located north of Daytona Beach, Palm Coast is just minutes from historic St. Augustine. Jacksonville, with its international airport, is an hour away, while Orlando is still an easy drive by Interstate.

Housing costs are lower in Palm Coast than any other community in our area, and it is this growth of Palm Coast which has made Flagler County the fastest growing county in the nation… but with a population of only about 70,000, there’s still plenty of room for you!
