From this belief, we have created a team of creative, educated and hard-working specialists—both real estate agents and administrative specialists. Our team is effectively split into specialists in management, accounting, advertising, closing coordination, logistical coordination, listing homes, marketing, showing homes, technology and working with buyers. Having specialists who focus on each of these areas allows us to offer you unique services and programs, plus better service. And that results in our selling more luxury homes than anyone else in the area… which results in our greater experience and market knowledge!

Jerry, as team leader, brings his education (MBA, University of Chicago) as well as 30 years experience in business ownership to help build a supportive administrative team to service our clients in the buying and selling of their homes and to fulfill all of their real estate needs. The result is a cohesive, highly skilled team you won’t find anywhere else in the area.

Administrative Staff

Lisa, Office Manager/Closing Coordinator
Lisa is a highly trained, experienced real estate professional. She was a broker and property manager in Georgia and now runs The Castle Group’s office. She is also our “software wiz”, capable of deciphering the strangest behavior of any machine, and she creates and maintains all of our own in-house websites, such as the Property Websites. As our closing coordinator, she handles the million-and-one steps between the time we put your home - or future home - under contract and its closing. Lisa has been with Jerry and Larry since 2002.

Rosenda, Listings Coordinator

Rosenda is responsible for coordinating all of our efforts aimed at selling your home. She posts your listing to the MLS systems, all of the internet sites, etc., and she handles much of the communication with you while your home is listed for sale, including sending you copies of all advertising and other regular updates on activity. She also tracks the names and times for every showing or preview of your property, then collects showing feedback from The Castle Group agents and posts it to the Client Communication page of your personal Property Website.  Rosenda also maintains the statistics that Jerry uses to prepare our monthly newsletter. Rosenda joined Jerry and Larry in 2003.
