Like much of the new development in booming Port Orange, Sabal Creek lies on Williamson Boulevard, south of Taylor Road. This area is just west of I-95 (Exit 256). Taylor Road becomes Dunlawton Avenue east of I-95 and runs all the way to the beach, about 5 miles away. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a few miles, including Home Depot, Super Target, Applebees, Bob Evans and more. Sabal Creek is a gated community that was built in the mid 1990's to the early 2000's by The Johnson Group and contains homes which range from smaller 2 bedroom villas, approximately 1500 sf of living area to estate homes over 4000 sq ft. Surrounded by a wooded green belt area, with a few small lakes, it is a beautiful community.
